LIFE GAIA Sense YouTube channel

The LIFE GAIA Sense project has just launched a new YouTube channel in order to further disseminate relevant activities and a new video, entitled “LIFE GAIA Sense – Innovative Smart Farming Services“ has been uploaded. The video was recorded at Messinia, which is one of the 18 demonstrators sites of the project. It outlines the main goals of the project and interviews of two stakeholders who participate in the project, regarding the problems that the farming sector faces and the necessity of using smart farming technologies. Particularly, it is explained how the utilization of the smart farming technologies that have been integrated into the gaiasense tool, have supported the creation of valid agricultural advice that can lead to the efficient use of natural resources, the reduction of inputs, the protection of the environment, the sustainability of production and as well as the production of high quality products.
